We partner with reliable carriers including FEDEX, UPS, USPS, GLS, Speedy Delivery, OnTrac and freight carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed the same day or the next business day, ensuring minimal waiting time for your products. For a more accurate shipping and delivery time frame, see the product page you are wanting to purchase for delivery estimates

Order Tracking:

Tracking information is automatically sent to your email once your order ships.

Freight & White Glove Deliveries:

Orders requiring freight or white glove delivery services may take additional time. These services include a scheduled delivery date to ensure a seamless experience.

Expedited Delivery:

Expedited shipping options are available on qualifying products for customers who need their orders to be delivered faster. Please check product details or contact customer service for more information on eligibility.

  • Delivery time frames for most products are 2-7 days after you purchase. Larger items that require a freight carrier for delivery can take additional time as a scheduled delivery day/time is required. If you are purchasing with white glove delivery, that can add 1 week to your delivery time frame.

  • Please note that delivery time frames are an estimate and not guaranteed as additional factors can come into play. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time as we rely on carriers like FEDEX, UPS, USPS, GLS, GSO, Speedy & more to deliver all orders. Any expedited shipping fees paid will be refunded if the time frame is missed.

Pre-Ordering:

Some items may be available for pre-ordering to reserve a unit for when they arrive. You will see a disclaimer on the product page itself that identifies that this item is in per-order status only with a estimated shipping date. This date is based off the current information we have at the time of ordering and is subject to change. You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. By pre-ordering, you are purchasing the product at its current price which means there will be no price increases on that product should we experience such price increases. By purchasing the item, your price is locked in and will not go up.
